In celebrating the birth of Jesus, people enjoy themselves with drinking and eating forgetting about for whom the birthday belongs to What actually should happen on that particular day is to please Jesus, not ourselves. Matthew 25:33-46- According to this verse who ever can provide Jesus with food, drink and clothing? But, what actually Jesus conveys here is that if we really aid those who are poor without enough food and clothing, then that would be what we do to please Jesus. In accordance to the above verse (Matthew 25:33-46),

we were able to aid many helpless people who couldn’t afford their children to buy a single pen or a pencil and even who couldn’t afford on their meals. On 26 th of December 2016, we set off to Kandy-Alacolla, a rural mountainous tea estate to aid some families of helpless tea labors. We greatly saw their helplessness with the enthusiasm in receiving their delighting subsidies.

We together as a whole church, were greatly in pain seeing the delighting faces of those people. We were also greatly pleased in seeing the children how earnest they were to get a just single piece of toy and how they were delighted of getting them.

That was far more than enough for us to inspire ourselves surpassing any other worldly happiness of fine dishes, clothing and beverages. We’re sure that Jesus would’ve been pleased even more than us seeing what we’ve done. This is the true happiness that a Christian can achieve. So, therefore let us all of as Christians, please Jesus in helping those who are poor and helpless.

We pray each and every one who in all ways supported us in achieving our goal. As we are continuing this each year, we hope you could help us to aid many other poor people uninterruptedly each year.
